  we went to North battleford alberta Boston pizza few minutes ago. The girl Elizabeth in the front was so rude and very unprofessional.We will never come back to this place again. My kids asked for the toys in the toys chest and she told them very Madley that they give a way toys only Sunday. my kids were so disappointed in the way she talked to them. Even if it was Sunday only she could ve smiled and said it nicely instead of talking to two kids in this way. Also they should hide the toys chest instead of leaving it in front of small kids. We are not even from this city we are from Winnipeg and Boston pizza staff in Winnipeg are always friendly.

  Me and my boyfriend eat here frequently but a week or so ago we came in around 11 o'clock after being in the parade so there was a few other people who had the same day, but it wasnt packed. We were seated quickly and then we sat there for half hour before anybody even asked for our drinks and another half hour before they came back to take our order. And the hostess at the front was basically standing in the back doing nothing the other 2 waiters were busy trying to keep their customers happy and trying to clean as they could but i seen her walk by dirty tables multiple times without picking up anything. Then when our food arrived my garlic toast was burnt and rock hard and pasta was bland and cold at this point I just went home. In other words we wont be coming back unless forced to.

  Only got a three because the manger came over and apologized with a free flatbread pizza, because the first one was raw: even though I was already done eating by the time the second one came.

  After ordering we waited 25 minutes for our drinks. The waitress served us before making sure we had an utensils... and then we barely saw her.

  I asked for a water at one point and waited for 15 minutes for that. I saw her clean three tables while I waited.

  It wasn't overly busy and always seemed like the staff were congregated at the register when one person could have helped them fine.
