    Too much upselling and very expensive. Not well organized - too much waiting around. Fancy place with poor service. Will go somewhere else next time.

    Lots of complaints this year. Didn't feel like the staff cared at all about my questions or concerns. I live an hour outside of town and had to drive in 3 times for 3 different sessions. They do not and will not even consider mailing out my contacts or glasses when they arrive without charging me for shipping. Felt like i was being mocked and talked to in a condescending manner because I ask too many questions about my prescription and shipping charges. I will definitely be changing eye clinics and not recommending this business. And really it's only because of a couple of rude ladies. I dropped over $1,000 in vision costs there and they couldn't even mail out my order as a courtesy.

    High prices for exams. Lot of pills and supplements for eyes recommended also at high prices
