  Cleans rooms. Friendly staff. Decor is a little dated and the pool area is a little dim. All in all a nice stay for my family and I.

  Just went to the on site Smitty's. It's adequate at best. The server was good but the food, atmosphere, and maintenance were lacking or dated.

  Run down needs work and water slide isn't open untill 5pm so if you have kids and want to have fun in the water slide before 5pm go somewhere else. Hotel staff and manager is rude. Find a different hotel

  Terrible stay, whole hotel smells like an ash tray , management is rude, also went home with bed bug bites. Found a used condom behind the night stand , management couldn't of handled it any worse, you couldn't pay me enough to stay at this establishment again . I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here .

  Front desk staff, maitance and janitor were friendly and were help with the room mix up. Either way tho the suit was still not what we asked. Smitty's tho wow worst service ever the two tried but honestly the attitude given by one member there was enough for me. Especially after they cleared the table before my son was done eatting (I left my phone keys wallet and sweater at the table to take him to the bathroom so you would think they would clue in) nope wasn't even half done his food. However with all the napkins and plates stacked on top of his food they offered to package it for me. Obvs not. Not impressed at all.
